Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest and west central Kansas. * WHEN...Until 6 AM CST /5 AM MST/ Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are expected due to blowing and drifting snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Strong winds could cause tree damage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winter driving conditions will spread rapidly and abruptly eastward late Monday afternoon into Monday night.
