* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Lake, Ashtabula Inland and Ashtabula Lakeshore
Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 10 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will be generally
along and north of Interstate 90.
