For the Wind Advisory below 3500 feet, south winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. For the Wind Advisory, west winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Graham, Haywood, Madison, Mitchell, Northern Jackson, Swain, and Yancey Counties. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning and first Wind Advisory, until 7 PM EST this evening.
