North-northwest winds still gusting 25 to 35 MPH this morning, but very slowly decreasing with time, especially this afternoon. * WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central and south central Nebraska. * WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Although falling snow has ended, continued strong north-northwest winds this morning will result in continued blowing snow, which could still reduce visibility, especially in open, rural areas.
