FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Georgia, including the following
counties, Chattahoochee, Harris, Marion, Muscogee and Talbot.
* WHEN...Until 330 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 926 AM EST, Radar estimates and automated rain gauges
indicated between 2.0 and 3.0 inches of rain has fallen.
Flooding is expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in
the warned area.
