Winds gusting as high as 65 mph. * WHERE...Coastal Waldo, Knox, and Lincoln Counties. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Even light snowfall amounts can accumulate on roads and cause dangerous driving conditions due to snow covered roads. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes. Very strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.
