driving conditions as winter weather impacts will include snow
covered roads and limited visibility.

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Wet snow changing to mixed precipitation then rain.
Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches. Winds gusting as
high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 3 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute. Gusty winds could
bring down tree branches.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will continue heavy at times through
early afternoon before changing to sleet and rain at most
locations by mid afternoon. Expect the greatest snow
accumulations in the higher elevations.
