the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The heaviest rainfall is most likely between 3 pm and 7 pm
this afternoon into this evening near and west of the Blue
Ridge Mountains, and between 6 pm and 10 pm this evening for
the Washington and Baltimore Metropolitan areas and locations
to the south and east. Rainfall rates around one inch per
