* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected through late tonight. Winds shifting to the northwest
and gusting to 50 mph Wednesday morning and afternoon.
* WHERE...Warren, McKean, Elk, Cameron, Northern Clinton,
Clearfield and Northern Centre Counties.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result,
especially in areas which accumulated several inches of heavy
wet snowfall on Tuesday morning.
