FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM EST THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of east central Ohio, including the following counties, Monroe and Noble. * WHEN...Until 715 PM EST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 221 PM EST, the public reported heavy rain in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 0.7 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 0.7 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
