WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM PST WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will cause blowing and drifting of snow. * WHERE...Wallowa County. * WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While most of the lower elevations in Wallowa County will have total accumulations of 4 to 7 inches, areas to the north near Flora will observe total accumulations of 12 to 15 inches.
