Moderate to heavy snow is reducing visibilities to around 1/4 mile across the Fox Valley late this afternoon, and northeast winds are gusting to 35 to 40 mph. The near-blizzard conditions will result in hazardous travel conditions across the Fox Valley through the evening commute, so motorists should use extreme caution.
