The National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg has issued a Flood Advisory for the following rivers in South Carolina... Saluda River At West Pelzer affecting Anderson and Greenville Counties. .Heavy rainfall has ended across the upper Saluda River watershed. Storm-total rainfall of 4-5 inches occurred across the watershed, resulting in significant rises above bankfull on several smaller tributaries across northern Greenville County. Significant rises to near bankfull have occurred on the South, Middle, and North Saluda Rivers as well. The floodwaves have crested on all three forks of the upper Saluda River and is now moving down the Saluda River.
