western Texas.
* WHEN...From 9 AM CST /8 AM MST/ Thursday to 8 AM CST /7 AM
MST/ Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles. Severe turbulence near the mountains will be hazardous
for low flying light aircraft. Damaging winds may blow down
trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Blowing dust
may reduce visibility.
