HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON AKST THURSDAY...
* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 65 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Downtown Juneau and Douglas.
* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to noon AKST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...High winds will blow around unsecured objects and
may damage property and cause power outages. Travel will be
difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A mountain wave will develop in Downtown
Juneau. The strongest winds will occur late Wednesday evening
through Thursday morning.
