* WHAT...Snow above 8000 feet. Additional snow accumulations of
1 to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...La Sal and Abajo Mountains.
* WHEN...Until 5 PM MST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility, especially on ridge tops.
Cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite
