Patchy Black Ice This Morning...
Patchy drizzle, freezing drizzle, and snow flurries overnight has
led to some patchy black ice in parts of Central New York this
morning. The risk of black ice is greatest in higher elevation
areas where temperatures are the coldest.
In addition, some patchy freezing drizzle may redevelop over the
Finger Lakes Region and into parts of Cortland County. This is
expected to diminish around sunrise.
