CAUTIOUS TRAVEL IS ADVISED FOR SNOW-COVERED ROADWAYS THIS
MORNING...
WEATHER...
* Light snow is impacting southeastern Michigan this morning,
which will continue through the morning commute.
* Snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches have fallen overnight and
the air and road temperatures of 30-32 degrees have allowed
for accumulation on roadways.
* Additional snow accumulations up to an inch will be possible
through the morning hours.
IMPACTS...
* Accumulating snow may lead to slippery roads particularly on
bridges, exit ramps and overpasses.
* Light snow is will bring a reduction in visibility to around 1
mile or less.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
* The combination of Light snow and cold temperatures will
result in localized slippery conditions and variable traffic
rates throughout the county. Motorists are urged to use caution
and account for the variable driving conditions by allowing
extra time.
