BLOWING DUST ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM MST THIS EVENING... ...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT MST TONIGHT... * WHAT...For the Blowing Dust Advisory, visibility between one quarter mile and one mile in blowing dust. For the High Wind Warning, west winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest New Mexico and southwest Texas. * WHEN...For the Blowing Dust Advisory, until 9 PM MST this evening. For the High Wind Warning, until midnight MST tonight. * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility. Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Local areas may temporarily see visibilities reduced below one quarter mile between 1 pm and 6 pm.
