* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills. Wind
chills as low as 25 below zero. For the Winter Weather Advisory,
snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting
as high as 35 mph. For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold
wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 45 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central and south
central Nebraska.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory and Winter Weather Advisory,
until noon CST today. For the Wind Chill Warning, from 6 PM this
evening to noon CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
