* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills.
Wind chills as low as 60 below zero. For the Winter Storm Warning,
snow ending this morning with areas of blowing snow. Additional
snow accumulations up to one inch.
* WHERE...Southern Rocky Mountain Front.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until 5 PM MST Sunday. For the
Winter Storm Warning, until 11 AM MST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The dangerously cold wind
chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5
minutes.
