For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Fayette, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland, Higher Elevations of Indiana, Indiana, and Westmoreland Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Preston, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, and Western Tucker Counties. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 10 PM EST this evening.
