* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph are
expected this evening. A second bout of strong southwest winds
are expected Saturday, especially in the afternoon.
* WHERE...Warren, McKean, Potter, Elk, Cameron and Clearfield
Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result.
