WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS
EVENING...
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to two
inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.
* WHERE...Washtenaw, Wayne, Lenawee and Monroe Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could
bring down tree branches.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Another round of snow will pivot across the
region this morning with gusty winds increasing to around 45
mph. Arctic air surging in behind the system sends wind chill
values close to zero. Snow showers this afternoon and evening
may bring rapid fluctuations in visiblity and quick
accumulations on roadways. Wind chills will fall well below zero
tonight into Sunday morning.
