* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Advisory this morning, very cold wind
chills to as low as 10 below zero. For the second Wind Chill
Advisory tonight, very cold wind chills to as low as 20 below
zero. For the Wind Chill Watch, dangerously cold wind chills
possible Sunday and Monday night. Wind chills as low as 20
below zero.
* WHERE...Osage, Washington OK, Nowata, Craig and Pawnee
Counties.
* WHEN...For the first Wind Chill Advisory, until noon CST
today. For the second Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this
evening to noon CST Sunday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from
Sunday afternoon through Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
