EST/ TONIGHT TO NOON CST /1 PM EST/ SUNDAY...
* WHAT...Low temperatures from 2 -to around 5 degrees, along with
brisk northwest winds, will produce wind chill readings from -10
to around 20 -degrees.
* WHERE...This advisory is for all of southern Illinois,
southwest Indiana, northwest Kentucky, and most of southeast
Missouri.
* WHEN...From midnight CST /1 AM EST/ tonight to noon CST /1 PM
EST/ Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
