* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills
expected. Wind chills as low as 15 below zero. For the Wind
Chill Watch, dangerously cold wind chills possible. Wind
chills as low as 20 below zero. For the Winter Storm Watch,
heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Arkansas and
east central, northeast and southeast Oklahoma.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to
noon CST Sunday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from Sunday
afternoon through Tuesday morning. For the Winter Storm Watch,
from Sunday afternoon through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The
cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as
little as 30 minutes.
