THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING...
* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills
expected. Wind chills as low as 18 below zero. For the Wind
Chill Watch, dangerously cold wind chills possible. Wind
chills as low as 25 below zero.
* WHERE...Osage, Washington OK, Nowata, Craig and Pawnee
Counties.
* WHEN...For the first Wind Chill Advisory, until noon CST
today. For the second Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this
evening to noon CST Sunday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from
Sunday afternoon through Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
