* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, life-threatening wind chills as
low as 65 below zero. For the Winter Weather Advisory, blowing
snow expected. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Much of central North Dakota along and south of Highway 2,
including the James River Valley.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon CST /11 AM MST/
Monday. For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 AM CST /5 AM MST/
Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Wind chill values will fall to extremely dangerous
levels, which could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little
as 5 minutes. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility, with near whiteout conditions possible in rural areas.
