...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 6 PM

* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow expected.
Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches with locally higher
amounts possible. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind
chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...For the Winter Storm Warning and the Wind Chill
Advisory, most of Arkansas.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, from noon Sunday to 6 PM
CST Monday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, until noon CST
Tuesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With Arctic air firmly in place before
and after the winter weather arrives, impacts from snowfall
will last for several days, resulting in a prolonged period of
hazardous travel conditions. Bitter cold wind chills could
result in frostbite as well as significant impacts to
infrastructure.
