accumulations of 1 to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35
mph. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills
expected. Wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...Clinton county.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until noon EST today.
For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to noon
EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing
