...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 25 below
zero. Locations west of US 31 could see isolated spots as low
as 30 below zero early this morning before winds diminish.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, southwest Michigan and
northwest Ohio.
* WHEN...Until noon EST /11 AM CST/ Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Road conditions may still be hazardous due
to blowing and drifting snow, so if travelling drive with
caution.
