At 909 AM EST, an area of light to moderate snow was located over portions of north-central Maryland, northern Virginia, and the eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Snow will coat the ground in spots this morning, and with temperatures near freezing this may coat untreated surfaces as well. Wind gusts around 30 to 40 mph combined with the snow may reduce visibibility to near one-half mile at times. Locations impacted include...
