TO NOON CST MONDAY...
* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills
expected. Wind chills as low as 5 above zero. For the Winter
Weather Advisory, mixed precipitation expected. Total ice
accumulations up to one-tenth of an inch. Little to no sleet
accumulation expected.
* WHERE...Much of south central Texas.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until noon CST Monday.
For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to noon
CST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute. Bitterly cold
wind chills creating dangerous conditions on exposed skin.
