Wind chills as low as 15 below zero. For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to one inch. * WHERE...North central Arkansas. * WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, until noon CST Tuesday. For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST Monday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With Arctic air firmly in place before and after the winter weather arrives, impacts from snowfall will last for several days, resulting in a prolonged period of hazardous travel conditions.
