one quarter inch of snow accumulations are possible. For the
Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 5 below
zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions North and Northeast Texas.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until noon today. For
the Wind Chill Advisory, until noon Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions, particularly on
bridges and overpasses. The cold wind chills could result in
hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
