* WHAT...Very cold wind chills. Wind chills of 20 to 30 below zero.
* WHERE...Calumet, Manitowoc, Winnebago, Brown, Door, Kewaunee,
Outagamie, Southern Marinette County, and Southern Oconto County
Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon CST today.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
