* WHAT...Snow and cold. Additional snow accumulations of up to
one inch. Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Arkansas and
east central, northeast and southeast Oklahoma.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 9 AM CST this
morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 6 PM CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions if and where a snow
band sets up this morning, which could impact the morning
commute. Frost bite and hypothermia are possible if precautions
are not taken to protect yourself from the cold.
