* WHAT...Additional snow and sleet accumulations up to an inch are
expected this morning.
* WHERE...Southern Arkansas.
* WHEN...Until noon CST today.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With Arctic air firmly in place, impacts
from snowfall will last for several days, resulting in a
prolonged period of hazardous travel conditions. Bitter cold
wind chills could result in frostbite as well as significant
impacts to infrastructure.
