For the Winter Storm Warning, additional snow and sleet accumulations up to an inch are expected this morning. * WHERE...Much of central into southern Arkansas. * WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, until noon CST Tuesday. For the Winter Storm Warning, until noon CST today. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With Arctic air firmly in place, impacts from snowfall will last for several days, resulting in a prolonged period of hazardous travel conditions. Bitter cold wind chills could result in frostbite as well as significant impacts to infrastructure.
