Bitterly Cold Start to the Week...
.Arctic air will persist early this week with wind chills ranging
from 20 below to 35 below zero. With some daytime temperature
increase, wind chills may not be quite as low across parts of
Wisconsin during the afternoon hours today and tomorrow, but
overall, much of this week will be quite cold.

Advisory, from 6 PM Tuesday to 9 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed
skin in as little as 30 minutes.
