Snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches through Tuesday morning, bringing storm total accumulations to the 4 to 8 inch range, with locally higher amounts in excess of 8 inches above 1,500 feet. * WHERE...Portions of northeast, south central and southeast Kentucky. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
