* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to 1/2
inch in the valleys, with up to 1 inch possible above 3500 feet.
Spotty freezing rain mixing in at times may produce a few
hundredths to one tenth of an inch of ice, mainly after midnight.
* WHERE...Swain and Graham Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very cold temperatures and light snow
showers or light freezing drizzle could linger through Tuesday
