WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THIS
MORNING...
...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
11 AM EST WEDNESDAY...
* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, additional snow
accumulations of up to one inch. For the Wind Chill Advisory,
very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 20 below
zero.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest Virginia and northeast,
northern, southeast and southern West Virginia.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 10 AM EST this
morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon
to 11 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The
cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions
are not taken.
