* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind
chills. Wind chills between 30 to 40 below zero. For the Wind
Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills
between 20 to 30 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest and west central
Illinois, east central, northeast and southeast Iowa and
northeast Missouri.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon CST Today. For the
Wind Chill Advisory, from noon Today to 9 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty west to southwest winds to 30 mph,
from mid morning through this afternoon, may cause patchy
blowing and drifting snow especially in open and rural areas.
