SLICK TRAVEL THIS MORNING... Temperatures at or below freezing, lingering light precipitation and snowfall from Monday will combine to create slippery travel this morning. Temperatures for the most part will stay below freezing through the day, except the piedmont. Black ice will also be an issue. Those who have to travel should allow extra time and use caution.
