will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
If you must venture outdoors, make sure you wear a hat and

WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS AFTERNOON
TO NOON EST WEDNESDAY...
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 10
to 15 below zero, with minus 20 along the highest ridge tops.
* WHERE...Swain and Graham Counties.
* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
