* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 5
to 20 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest North Carolina, southwest
Virginia and southeast West Virginia.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon to
noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
