AREAS OF FOG ACROSS EASTERN VIRGINIA AND HAMPTON ROADS... Areas of fog continue this morning across eastern Virginia and Hampton Roads. Visibility will generally range from one half to one mile, but will occasionally be reduced to one quarter mile. Visibility should improve after 10 AM. Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to the areas of fog. Drive at reduced speeds and use low beam headlights only.
