Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 15 below zero. * WHERE...Fayette, Greene, and Westmoreland Counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 PM EST this afternoon. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
